HOW TO MEASURE (A): Measure from the seam under the armpit across the chest to the seam on the other side. (B): Measure from the highest point of the shoulders to the hem at the bottom of the shirt. (C:) Measure from the shoulder seam along the sleeve to the sleeve hem. (D:) Lay a piece of string across your neck so that the ends fall straight to your chest. after which measure the separation between the strings. You can also place one of your T-shirts flat on the ground and use it as a reference to compare the measurement results.
