(C:) Measure from the shoulder seam along the sleeve to the sleeve hem. (D:) Lay a piece of string across your neck so that the ends fall straight to your chest. after which measure the separation between the strings. You can also place one of your T-shirts flat on the ground and use it as a reference to compare the measurement results.
